About the American Association of Youth Athletic Boards
The mission of the AAYAB is to provide board members support, education and networking opportunities to help them in running effective boards and providing quality leadership for youth sports in our communities.
The AAYAB believes that every child that participates in youth sports deserves the best experience possible that will lay the foundation of character, work ethic, loyalty, respect, teamwork and life long memories.
The AAYAB feels strongly that these goals start at the top with a strong board of adult volunteers that give countless hours and make crucial decisions that will affect each athletes experience.
It is the AAYAB's purpose to help support, educate and grow strong youth athletic boards across our communities.
